America’s Next Top Model Transitions To Transgenders

When I first read the headline that next season of America’s Next Top Model would have a transgender , I thought, “what’s the big deal? Isn’t Tyra on there every year?” Zing!

When The CW brings back Tyra and “America’s Next Top Model” on September 3rd they’ll be bringing back something new: a dude!

“My cards were dealt differently,” Isis, a 22-year-old former receptionist, tells Us Weekly exclusively in its new issue, on newsstands now.

Hailing from Prince George’s County, Maryland, Isis identifies herself as “a woman born physically male.”

“I like to help people, but I’m here to follow my dreams,” she tells Us.

Well that is definitely very different for the show, though from what I’ve seen briefly in past seasons, a lot of those ladies look a touch ‘manish’ to me. How do you think ’she’ will fit in with the other ladies or will they try and keep it a secret so it can be discovered for more drama along the way?
