CSI Miami Finally Getting Canceled After 10 Seasons

CSI Miami finally getting canceled after 10 seasons. According to TV Line, CBS has finally pulled the plug on their veteran show CSI: Miami, ending it’s 10 season run. However, they will be renewing that other CSI show, CSI: NY. I wasn’t a die-hard watcher of CSI: Miami, but the episodes I did watch, looked pretty interesting. 10 years is quite an accomplishment, especially when you consider the usual shelf life of TV shows.
Anyways, CBS has also canceled newcomer shows Unforgettable, Rob, and NYC 22. They’re still up in the air on keeping “Rules of Engagement.” In related news, CBS’ “Survivor” reality show just got renewed for two more seasons,so they’re keepin that damn thing alive at least until season 26. And it’s popular Big Brother, summer, reality show is due to return to the airwaves in July to kick of season 14.
Oh, CBS also gave a touching statement about CSI: Miami, saying, “it leaves an amazing television legacy,a signature look and style, global popularity and as a key player in CBS’s rise to the top over the past decade. We thank all the producers, led by Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Ann Donahue, and its talented cast.” Awww. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here.
