Dave Annable In and Matt Bomer Out of ‘What’s Your Number?’

It looks like a (very disappointing!) casting change is happening on the new Anna Faris romantic comedy, What’s Your Number? The male lead was originally set to be played by Matt Bomer, of USA Network’s White Collar, but may potentially be passed along to Dave Annable of ABC’s Brothers and Sisters. Annable is cute enough, I suppose – but not nearly as dashing and charming as Bomer is.

What’s Your Number? “centers on a woman (Faris) who treks through her sexual past to find Mr. Right, exploring the idea of sexual quotas and whether such numbers matter.” Some of the actors lined up to play Faris’ exes are: Chris Evans, Zachary Quinto and Joel McHale (NBC’s Community). This makes me extra bummed because Zach Quinto and Matt Bomer are long time friends and it would have been an extra treat to see them on screen together. For…a variety of reasons.
