INDIANA JONES 5: Shia Shares Details

When news broke on Indiana Jones 4 the general rumor went that this would be Harrison Ford’s last stint at Jones and the introduction of Shia LaBeouf’s character would be taking over. This idea seemed to be supported through development and eventual release, but until now we weren’t certain if LaBeouf would be back. He will.

Shia LaBeouf has let slip that a follow-up to last year’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is taking some kind of embryonic shape.

“Steven [Spielberg] just said that he cracked the story on it, and I think they’re gearing it up,” he tells Lizo Mzimba.

Are Spielberg and Lucas ready to do it to Indiana Jones again? You bet. Will fans turn out for a LaBeouf led franchise installment like they did for Ford? I highly doubt it.
