Justin Bieber made Selena Gomez cry again at her 20th birthday bash. According to a new report from Hollywood Life and their sources,mega popstar Justin Bieber threw a major celebration for his starlet girlfriend Selena Gomez this past Sunday,July 22nd after they hit up the 2012 Teen Choice Awards.

Justin took Selena over to Il Cielo in Beverly Hills. Their eyewitness told them, “Justin made sure that everyone at Il Cielo treated Selena like a princess last night. He was really adorable about it. You could tell that her birthday dinner party meant a lot to him.”

The source went on to reveal that there were even rose petals on the table,which Justin planned out. There were also all kinds of fancy fattening foods. Then “Justin made a speech which brought tears to Selena. It was basically about how wonderful and exceptional Selena is and everyone stood up and applauded. It was very sweet. There was a beautiful birthday cake for Selena along with a variety of desserts like Tiramisu, sorbet, and apple tarts.”
