Justin Bieber pulled over by cops for speeding like a psycho other day. According to a new report from TMZ, mega popstar Justin Bieber lost his freaking mind this past Friday afternoon as he was reportedly mad speeding at over 100 mph in his new chromed out Fisker Karma ride on the busy streets of Los Angeles,California (video below).

They say an eyewitness, called 911,and he happened to be L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zone. He told them,Justin should have been cuffed, locked up, and stripped of his driving privileges.

Dennis went on to tell them that Justin was trying to get away from a team of paparazzi cameras that were trying to catch him,and stated, “Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane.
