Justin Bieber spotted hardcore blunt smoking at a party other night. According to a new report from TMZ, mega popstar sensation Justin Beiber was spotted out and about at a wild party this past Wednesday night,January 2nd,smoking a few blunts with friends. Their sources claim, Justin’s BFF Lil Twist was there too,and also drive Justin’s Ferrari at the time that the pap cam guy was killed trying to stake out his car. Lil Twist and his brother were reportedly ,rolling all the blunts and smoking everyone up ,and there was a lot of pot smoke.

Justin’s security team was reportedly there,and didn’t give a damn that photos were being taken.
