Katie Holmes,Tom Cruise divorce case already settled,signed & ended yesterday. According to a new report from TMZ, the very crazy divorce case between high profile celebs Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise,quickly got settled yesterday afternoon. Katie’s lawyer Jonathan Eolfe told them, “This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family ,and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life.”

The two feuding ex-lovers had been battling it over the past couple of days,trying to end this thing as quickly as possible,and things were reportedly getting nasty at one point. One of the conditions for Tom settling so quickly, was for “meaningful, significant” contact with his daughter Suri.

Katie’s lawyer also said, “we thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.” So, that’s it guys. There’s also speculation that Tom wanted to end the negative media circus that was growing about his Scientology religion.
