Max Payne Stills A Throwback To Video Game

Yesterday I was very excited to watch the Max Payne trailer which appeared to be a surprisingly faithful throwback to the game franchise itself. Today we get even more reminders of just how hard they’re working to stay true to the source.

Here are six promotional stills for Max Payne, starring Mark Wahlberg, which look like they could have been pulled directly from the cut sequences themselves. I wouldn’t expect these to ever appear in the movie since movies don’t really need cut sequences, but they’re still cool all the same.
