Miley Cyrus spotted rockin super sexy short shorts with skin tight, belly shirt yesterday. This past Thursday afternoon, mega songstress/actress Miley Cyrus, hit up the West Hollywood, California scene to flaunt her ultra sexy body some more in a pair of extremely short,shorts, along with a mega tight belly shirt, which displayed her rockhard abs quite nicely. She’s definitely looking in tip top shape these days.

According to sources, Miley was taking care of business, hitting up a local office building at the time. She also tweeted out some stuff about being happily engaged, writing, “I love being a ‘fiancee.”
