I appears that she hasn’t learned her lesson about wearing undergarments as this sighting came just four days after the paps caught shots of her going out pantyless in a very tight,black skirt on April 6th.

According to sources,Miley was spotted out,shopping with her mom Tish in Calabasas,California on April 10th when the sideboobs leak occurred. She eventually threw on a jacket,but it was too late at that point.
