Last night,ABC dropped the new spoilers and sneak peek,clip (below) for their upcoming “Grey’s Anatomy” episode 4,and it looks pretty dramatic as Christina gets her sex on with her buddy,Arizona gets ticked off over her fake leg,and more. The episode is called, “I Saw Her Standing There.”

In the new episode 4,aware that Derek might never operate again, Meredith will stop talking about the surgeries she’s performing. Meanwhile, Richard is going to call on Dr. Catherine Avery to help him perform a complicated procedure as things continue to heat up between Jackson and April.

Arizona’s struggle to accept her fate is going to force Callie and Alex to face their guilt. Lots of sex is spotted going down.
