New Homeland season 3 premier date already dished out by Showtime. According to a new report from Collider, Showtime finally dropped the new premiere date for their upcoming Homeland season 3,and it turns out that it will not have an early spring debut as previously reported.

Instead, it will resume its regular fall opening on September 29th,2013. However,it will have an earlier time slot of 9pm eastern time instead of the 10pm eastern time slot. A new show called, “Master Of Sex” will follow in behind Homeland in the 10pm time slot.

In other news, Homeland won big at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards the other night,January 13th,taking home the award for “Best Drama Series” for the second consecutive year. Also, the show’s two main stars Damian Lewis and Claire Danes ,won “Best Actor” and “Best Actress” awards for their work Sergeant Nicholas Brody and Carrie Mathison. So, congrats to them. Stay tuned.
