New Hunger Games 2,Catching Fire movie announced their new ‘Chaff’ character actor. According to a new report from Collider, the Catching Fire movie folks have cast yet another new actor to come aboard and play character Chaff in the highly anticipated, flick. The actor’s name is E. Roger Mitchell. He also appeared in the S.W.A.T. movie a couple years back.

Character Chaff is another returning tribute who is forced to participate in the Quarter Quell of the 75th Hunger Games. He’s described as being a middle aged former winner from District 11, who lost a hand in his first Games and refused a prosthetic replacement from the Capitol.

It’s also reported that the studio is bringing on actress Meta Golding to play character Enobaria, who is a beautiful and brutal tribute from District 2. She was best remembered for her very vicious method of dispatching fellow tributes. Filming is scheduled to kick off in late September 2012,and is scheduled to hit theaters on November 22nd, 2013.
