New Star Trek 2,Into Darkness movie spoiler reveals possible Captain Kirk death & more. According to a new report from Collider, a very intense fan recently dissected a very important scene that went down in the “Star Trek 2: Into Darkness” Japanese movie trailer, where a hand is touching the glass opposite Zachary Quinto’s (Spock) hand. And they claimed that this could mean death for Captain Kirk.

The fan studied the pinky curvature, hand size, and fingernail shape, but the thing that gave it away was the shape of the actors’ pinkies and the vein in their hands,indicating that it appears to be Chris Pine’s (Captain Kirk) hand hand against the glass opposite Spock,meaning that Kirk could be sacrificing himself to save the ship instead of Spock, or that Kirk is poised to die in some other way, or that we’re totally getting messed with.
