New Transformers 4 movie might head to China to complete filming & more. According to a new report from Collider and their sources, Paramount Pictures and Transformers 4 director Michael Bay are about to possibly take their huge production over to China. Apparently it’s going to be more financially lucrative for them to film Transformers 4 over there.

Their sources said,Paramount has been looking for ways to maximize their profits overseas now that China is allowing more American films to be released in the country. It’s highly likely that Michael Bay is going to utilize both 3D and IMAX on the upcoming Transformers 4 just as he did with Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon.

Filming in China will almost certainly guarantee that the country will screen the upcoming sequel, which will allow them to bring in more money. As previously reported, the plot is going to revolve around a father, his daughter, and his daughter’s race car driver boyfriend.

Actor Mark Wahlberg has already been casts to play the father, and screen tests are about to get underway for the daughter and her man. The producers have also been scouting Thailand as a location, but the majority of the action will likely take place in China.

Filming is scheduled to kick off in April 2013,and it has a release date for June 27th,2014. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here. Follow us on Twitter by Clicking Here.
