New X Men, First Class 2 sequel movie already got a release date & more. According to Collider, 20 Century Fox is going to be very busy, releasing some huge box office movies over the next couple of years. We’ve just learned that the new “X-Men: First Class 2″ sequel flick has been given a release date. However,it’s a pretty long way off as it’s scheduled to hit theaters on July 18th, 2014.

As previously reported, FOX had to push back filming until January 2013 to wait for their Mystique starlet Jennifer Lawrence to wrap up, filming the sequel to the Hunger Games this fall 2012.

In related news, FOX is also set to release the sequel to ” The Rise of the Planet Of The Apes” on May 23rd, 2014. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing that one as well. Getting back to X-Men hoopla,Fox is going to be releasing the follow-up sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine on July 26th, 2013,and it will be named “The Wolverine.”
