Jody Hill is back in the director’s chair with “Observe & Report”, following his awesome directorial debut with “The Foot Fist Way” last year. This time around Hill has the budget and studio backing to bring together a big cast including Seth Rogen, Ray Liotta, Anna Faris, Collette Wolfe, and even Aziz Ansari!, and land them in a theater near you with a wide-release schedule.

“Observe & Report” looks to squash any notion of the mall security guard foundation laid by “Paul Blart” last month. Seth Rogen’s lead character looks very dark and very funny as he attempts to bring the mall flasher to justice before he can kill off Faris’ character which isn’t going to happen, but he’s pretty sure it will.
