Rachel & Dave Brown won Amazing Race 20 in finale episode tonight. Earlier tonight,CBS aired the finale episode for “Amazing Race 20,” and we definitely think the right people won as they were very deserving.

The 2 hour show,kicked off with the teams,going to Hiroshima,Japan. Once they arrived,they had to go to Hiroshima Island to get their first clue for this leg of the race. It told them to go to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park to get their next clue.

Next, they had to go to TV 8 Studio in Osaka,Japan to get their next clue. Once there,they ran into a Road Block challenge. In the road block,they had to run on a treadmill floor,and jump to grab 3 toy chickens that were hanging from the ceiling. Vanessa ended up further irritating her injured ankle,but showed a lot of heart by pushing through the pain to complete the challenge.

Once they finished the road block,they headed to the Umeda Sky Building,where they ran into their detours. They got to choose to do either the Photo Cut Out,or the Bingo Shout Out detours. In the “Bingo Shout Out” detour,they had to play a Sushi bingo game,and eat Sushi to move on. In the “Photo Take Out” detour, they had to pull people off the street,and snap a photo of ten different people,posing behind sumo wrestler standees, to move on.

After the detours, they had to go to Osaka Castle,which was the pit stop for this leg of the race. Rachel & Dave arrived in first place,again,and won a trip for two to New Zealand from Travelocity. Art & J.J. took 2nd place,Brendon & Rachel showed up in 3rd place,and Ralph & Vanessa came in last,so they had to exit.

In the 2nd hour , the final three teams went to beautiful Honolulu,Hawaii. Once there,they had to go to the Waterfront Towers and ascend and rappel to the top to get their first clue. Then go back down,face forward. After completing that,they ran into another Road Block. In the road block,they had to use a samurai sword to shave enough ice to fill a bucket,to get their next clue.

Brendon and Rachel messed up by totally skipping the road block,and going to the next location,which was Aloha Stadium. Apparently,Rachel read the clue wrong,and Brendon started yelling at her,which caused a huge fight to break out. Needless to say,Rachel got very emotional,and had a complete meltdown.

Next, the teams continued on to their next challenge,which was to rescue a swimmer in the ocean,using a wave runner. After finishing that up, they headed to Coral Kingdom Gate,where they ran into another road block. In the challenge,one team member had to ride down a hill on a wooden sled, then roll a rock into a target.

Unfortunately for Dave and Rachel,they completely missed the Road Block,and went straight to the pit stop. Then the host Phil told them,they had to go back,and complete the road block. However,Dave and Rachel were so damn good that they were able to go back,complete the missing road block,and still made it back in time to win the whole thing.

They also broke the record for first place finishes with 8,so they definitely deserved the $1 million dollar grand prize. Art & J.J. arrived in 2nd place,and a teary-eyed Rachel and Brendon,showed up last. We’ll see you guys for Amazing Race 21 in a couple months. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here.
