The festivities took place in West Hollywood,California,and Rob was seen,getting out of Justin Bieber’s custom $200,000 Mercedes Benz Minivan along with Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, and Justin, himself. He was rolling with the big dogs. Rob and the stars also hit up the Bootsy Bellows Night Club on Sunset Boulevard for their grand opening.
