Shrek Forever After is holding on to the top spot at the weekend box office for the third week at a row, beating out the Russell Brand comedy Get Him to the Greek for first place.

The latest installment of the Shrek movie franchise has raked in an estimated $25.3 million in ticket sales so far this weekend. Get Him to the Greek debuted in the number two spot with an estimated 17.4 million. Crawling into third place was the action comedy Killers, starring Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time barely bumped into fourth place with a paltry $13.9 million, followed by Sex and the City 2 at $12.6 million.

We’re betting Shrek Forever After is not likely to hold on to first place next weekend as the highly hyped The A-Team and The Karate Kid remakes hit theaters.
