New SkyFall,James Bond sequel is coming,Daniel Craig already signed on for two more. According to a recent report from Collider, we can definitely expect to see yet another follow-up,sequel flick to the recently released James Bond/action movie “Skyfall.” Not only is it doing very well in the box office right now,but they had already gotten main star Daniel Craig to sign on for two more sequels.

They went on to report that there is not yet any confirmation of his contract. However, there are already rumors going around that the studio might try and crank out another sequel as soon as late 2014,but Craig and producer Barbara Broccoli cautioned that it was too soon to be making those decisions.

Also, Daniel might want a little more room in between films so he can pursue other roles. However, it’s reported that the studio execs are wanting to get back to a two-year window between Bond films. Yahoo Movies has released a teaser poster for the upcoming film “Cowboys and Aliens,” starring Daniel Craig.

The official movie synopsis:

1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution. The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. What he discovers is that the people of Absolution don’t welcome strangers, and nobody makes a move on its streets unless ordered to do so by the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde. It’s a town that lives in fear.

But Absolution is about to experience fear it can scarcely comprehend as the desolate city is attacked by marauders from the sky. Screaming down with breathtaking velocity and blinding lights to abduct the helpless one by one, these monsters challenge everything the residents have ever known.

Now, the stranger they rejected is their only hope for salvation. As this gunslinger slowly starts to remember who he is and where he’s been, he realizes he holds a secret that could give the town a fighting chance against the alien force. With the help of the elusive traveler Ella, he pulls together a posse comprised of former opponents – townsfolk, Dolarhyde and his boys, outlaws and Apache warriors – all in danger of annihilation. United against a common enemy, they will prepare for an epic showdown for survival.

The title of the upcoming James Bond film, “Quantum of Solace”, sounds like nonsense. Sure, it’s based off a short story title from Ian Fleming’s Bond adventures, but that story has nothing to do with this story. Now Daniel Craig is saying “Solace” was his choice and better than anything violent sounding.

“I was involved in making the decision. Names were coming out, some ludicrous stuff was going back and forth – I can’t remember exactly, but you know the sort of thing: ‘The Blood On Your Face’… I knew I didn’t want ‘death’, ‘die’, ‘bleed’ or any of those things in the title.”

“As soon as it came out, people were saying, ‘Ooh, it sounds like Harry Potter’. No, it’s Quantum of Solace. I was saying, ‘It’s a Bond title! The name of a Bond film is not about anything. Live And Let Die? Octopussy? What does it mean? It means very little.”

The whole thing reminded me again of this funny little video which pokes at the oddly named film: “The Suantum of Quolace. Did I get it mixed up?”
