New Game Of Thrones Season 7 Premiere Date Getting Delayed Until Summer 2017

New Game Of Thrones Season 7 Premiere Date Getting Delayed Until Summer 2017. According to a new report from the people over at TV Line, it’s been revealed that you guys are going to have to wait a little bit longer than usual to see the new season 7 of HBO’s hit drama, “Game Of Thrones,” as they’ve set it to premiere in the Summer 2017 instead of its usual Spring debut.

Apparently, the reasoning for this is because they’ve had to push back filming for season 7 due to some weather issues in the show’s storyline. Weiss felt that the storylines of the next season would be better served by starting production a little later than usual, when the weather is changing.

Instead of the show’s traditional spring debut, we’re moving the debut to summer to accommodate the shooting schedule.”
