‘Tron: Legacy’ theme park being developed

If you haven’t heard, Disneyland is transforming the Hollywood Pictures backlot into a Tron-inspired theme part called ElecTRONica. It will apparently be an outdoor dance park. With lots of neon and no ecstasy. Unless you bring your own.
The concept art looks kind of like The Sims. Which reminds me that I need to pre-order my [...]

New ‘Buried’ trailer: Gasp! Literally

The international trailer for “Buried” is making its way around the Internet and it’s no longer just a teaser. It actually reveals the plot and shows a panicky Ryan Reynolds trapped in a grave. This movie is going to be crazy. I already found myself short of breath just by watching the trailer. They might [...]

More ‘Scream 4′ news you probably don’t care about

Blah blah blah Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell join “Scream 4″ blah. That’s according to USA Today.
Gee, I wonder if one or both of these cameo roles will be murdered in the first 10 minutes of the movie? Or what if they play themselves!? How original would that be!

‘127 Hours’ trailer: Another Boyle masterpiece?

The trailer for “127 Hours” has me pretty sold on the movie. Directed by Danny Boyle (”28 Days Later,” “Slumdog Millionaire”), the film tells the true story of Aron Ralston (Google for spoilers). Ralston (James Franco) is an adrenaline junky who has an unfortunate accident and is stuck in a crevice for 127 hours. The [...]

New ‘Buried’ poster: Ryan Reynolds is buried in review quotes

I absolutely love the new poster for “Buried.” As a designer, I find it very pleasing to the eye. And since not a lot of physical action can take place in a movie where Ryan Reynolds spends almost the entire time beneath the earth, this was a good solution. Love it.
