New ‘Scream 4′ poster: Looks like the summer intern started early

A new poster for Wes Craven’s “Scream 4″ has been released and it’s kind of blah. It, like so many other posters, looks like an intern designed it. A bad intern. So it’s the fourth one. We get that. Does the number 4 need to be the focus? Oh well, it’s just a poster.

New ‘Scream 4′ trailer: That’s a little more like it

After the first “Scream 4″ teaser trailer, I was a bit skeptical and snarky. I was all annoyed with the new twist on things like iPhones and recording the murders and the fact that virgins can die now. But after this full-length “Scream 4″ trailer, I’m less annoyed and more intrigued. I think I’ll save [...]

The OFFICIAL official ‘Scream 4′ teaser trailer is here

After days of bootleg versions of the “Scream 4″ teaser trailer coming and going, the official is here and it isn’t going anywhere. So enjoy. I’m a little annoyed by the trailer and what this version of the franchise seems to be. They’re reinventing rules of horror films. That’s kind of stupid. The rules are [...]

Leaked ‘Scream 4′ teaser trailer: Watch it while you can!

Thanks to someone in the audience at the Spike TV Scream Awards, we’ve got a bootleg version of the first “Scream 4″ teaser trailer. The quality isn’t bad, either. And the teaser sure pulls out all the stops for such a short one. They were sure to show us the regulars returning and all the [...]

New ‘Scream 4′ photo: It’s Gale, Sidney and Dewey

Dimension Films has released a second official image from the set of  Wes Craven’s “Scream 4.” It’s nothing to go crazy over. It basically just shows that Dewey (David Arquette) is still a fumbling idiot of a police officer and that Gale (Courteney Cox) shouldn’t wear sleaveless dresses. Oh and there’s also Neve Campbell.

‘My Soul To Take’ poster: Scary kids on stilts

The other day, we shared the trailer for Wes Craven‘s new movie “My Soul To Take.” Today, we’ve gotten our hands on the official poster. At first glance, it reminded me of the “Precious” poster. Then I saw kids on stilts. Why can’t I ever take anything seriously? It’s really a burden. Well, sometimes.

‘My Soul to Take’ trailer: Is Wes Craven recycling his own stories?

Is it just me or does the trailer to Wes Craven‘s new film “My Soul to Take” look a lot like “A Nightmare on Elm Street?” I mean there’s even a hand reaching out above someone’s bed. Is there a hand coming from someone’s bathwater too? Wow. I’m actually kind of shocked by this.

New photo of ‘Scream 4′s’ Ghostface revealed!

Wes Craven tweeted the above photo from the set of “Scream 4.” Wow. Just wow. Thanks Wes! I was wondering what version of Ghostface you were going to throw at us this time! I mean look at that, folks! The face is white. The mouth is gaping. He’s wearing a black cloak! Aaaaaah!! What? It [...]

31 Great Horror Movies: ‘The Serpent and the Rainbow’

It’s a shame Wes Craven‘s most popular movies (“A Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Scream“) aren’t his best. Because a lot of people are missing great movies like “The Serpent and the Rainbow.” This one definitely trumps the popular ones already mentioned. The movie is set in Haiti, where Harvard anthropologist Dennis Alan (Bill Pullman) has [...]
