Previously, her lawsuit was dismissed in November 2015, but Victoria was allowed to amend her lawsuit, which now claims that her name was purposely left off the audition list for a Days role she was going after.

Sony tried to say that an actor expressing interest in a role is not the same thing as formally applying for a role. The judge disagreed with Sony’s position on that. The first character is named Lucinda, and she’s described as being: “an African-American woman in her late 60s/early 70s who is looking to make peace with her past.” The 2nd character is named “Ellis, and is described as being an: “African-American man in his late 60s/early 70s who has drifted away from his family and is hoping to right the wrongs of the past.”

Jill had beenthe EP since 2012, taking over for Maria Arena Bell. Jill had also previously worked on other soap operas: Another World, General Hospital, Guiding Light, One Life to Live, and Santa Barbara. She also won a plethora of Daytime Emmy Awards.

Additionally, they’re saying that Billy and Kevin’s ex-wife will be joining Chloe in her return for a full-time gig that will feature a huge storyline! Previously, Hendrickson, decided to quit her Chloe character, making her last, brief appearance to date back in October 2015.

But I guess she just needed a break, because it appears that she’s ready to play the legendary bitch, once again, and we just can’t wait.
