TNT Season Premieres of Saving Grace and The Closer

Next Monday, July 14th, two of TNT’s original dramas return to television: Saving Grace and The Closer. This will be the second season for “Grace” and the fourth for “Closer”. If you’ve missed the series in the past then TNT has you covered with quick four minute recaps for each series.

Having been new to “Saving Grace”, starring Holly Hunter, the rapid recap was very useful as I had the chance to watch the Season 2 episode early as part of TNT’s press release. It seems like a pretty interesting show which mixes quite a bit of personal drama with the “Order” side of L&O. “Saving Grace” is worth a watch when it premieres next Monday at 10pm.

Contest hint: Grace’s dog’s name is “Gus”.

Now as far as “The Closer” I’m completely new to that one. You’ve got Kyra Sedgwick as your professional confession maker, so again you’re dealing with similar “Order” aspects mixed with personal drama. Check out the rapid recap below and get ready for the season premiere on Monday at 9pm.
