Twilight’s Kristen Stewart spotted exiting lively party with another woman other night. As previously reported,Twilight Saga hottie Kristen Stewart was spotted finally out partying without her main squeeze Robert Pattinson at the world premiere of Paul McCartney’s new music video for his song entitled, “My Valentine.”

Now, Hollywood Live acquired an image of her,leaving the shindig with former,famous rocker Joan Jett,who she played in the 2010 “Runaways” movie. There are no details on why she left with Joan,but it was definitely intriguing. Maybe they just went to talk about old times of filming that Runaways flick. Who knows?

Rob was rumored to show up at the event,but never did. However,other big name,celebrities did show up,and they included: Gwen Stefani, Miranda Kerr, Reese Witherspoon,Gwyneth Paltrow,and more.
