Vampire Diaries season 4 bringing on new sexy,wild witch to cause problems for Tyler. According to a new report from E! Online, the Vampire Diaries season 4 peeps have cast a new actress to come on and play a new,sexy,wild witch named Hayley that’s going to arrive in Mystic Falls to give Tyler a few unneeded,additional issues.

She’s going to be played by former Secret Circle actress Phoebe Tonkin,and we’re glad she’s coming aboard. Hayley is described as being a wild friend from Tyler’s past, who’s free-spirited and extremely sexy. Hayley will make her first appearance in episode 3 of the new season. She will pay Tyler a surprise visit,and Tyler’s girlfriend Caroline is going to need to keep a close eye on her.

Hayley is going to be a recurring character on the show,which means Phoebe is somewhat employed once again.
