In the new clip, Nina gives the run down on how Elena was turned into a vamp. Meredith gave her vampire blood when she damaged her head. Then Elena and Matt ran off a bridge. Unfortunately,Elena died with vampire blood in her system,turning her. After that, Nina revealed that Elena’s new vampiness will cause her to transition into adulthood.
