New Occult professor arriving that knows Bonnie & more in this new Vampire Diaries season 4 spoiler. According to TV Guide, the Vampire Diaries season 4 folks are bringing on a new professor named Shane that knows resident witch Bonnie Bennett,and he’ll be played by actor David Alpay.

Shane is described as being an attractive and charismatic believer in the occult who has a history with Bonnie Bennett and her family. He’s scheduled to make his first appearance in the 4th episode of the new season. David will be joining other new castmembers Todd Williams, who will play a vampire hunter. Phoebe Tonkin, who will play a witch, and Grace Phipps, who may be a possible new ally for Elena.
