Young And The Restless 2016 Summer Newman To See Less Screentime
Young And The Restless 2016 Summer Newman to see less screentime. According to a new report from the Soapcentral folks, actress Hunter King (left), is about to get her Summer Newman duties scaled back on CBS’s hit soap opera “Young And The Restless.”
It’s not because they don’t like her or anything harsh like that. It turns out that Hunter has been bumped up to a series regular on her primetime gig for CBS’s 30-minute sitcom, “Life In Pieces,” and is going to try to pull double duty!
In order to pull that off, something is going to have to give, and it’s going to be in the form of less Summer Newman for you guys. They’ve knocked her Summer role down to just a recurring character.
Despite the sacrifice, Hunter is quite happy with her new situation, saying on Twitter: “So excited to also be joining the #LifeInPieces family. Beyond blessed for this opportunity!” Currently, it’s not yet known how much Y&R will scale back on Summer, but definitely look to see Summer become less of a player on the show in the “not to distant” future, and stay tuned.Did You Enjoy this Post?
