Days Of Our Lives 2016 Jen Lilley aka Theresa Donovan is quitting,new details. According to a new report from daytimeconfidential and their sources, Days Of Our Lives, Theresa Donovan star, Jen Lilley (left), has decided to abandon her role, and will soon be off the show for good!

And apparently, there’s some sort of wild General Hospital drama involved with Jen’s decision. They’re reporting Jen gave Days Of Our Lives her notice to leave a pretty long time ago, so she could free herself up to play some temporary role on General Hospital. And they believe it was the Maxie role that Jen’s former castmate, Molly Burnett, ended up landing.

So, now, poor Jen is totally out of work. However, they’re saying that in the ned, Jen actually wanted to take a break from all the daily soap opera filming, anyways. So, if that’s the case, she most certainly got her wish.

And I guess that might explain why she would give up her fulltime gig over at DOOL to try and land a temporary gig at GH. She probably felt like she could take a role that would slowly lead to her taking a break. Oh well. She’s getting her break early.

Additionally, it’s being reported that Jen’s TV parents, Patsy Pease and Charles Shaughnessy, are set to come on and reprise their roles as Kimberly Brady and Shane Donovan to facilitate Jen’s Theresa character leaving the show. It hasn’t been revealed exactly when this will all take place, but they’re saying later this year sometime. Stay tuned.
