According to a new report from daytimeconfiodential and their sources, you guys should expect to see actor, Drake Hogestyn (left) aka John Black, to come up missing from the show here pretty soon as Drake has suffered a freak accident that has kept him from being able to film additional episodes since May 2016!

They say, he apparently fell from a tree at his house and experienced internal bleeding from the injury. On report from The Globe said, “It sounds like he cheated death.” Drake hasn’t been filming for the past seven weeks, but since “Days Of Our Lives” films so far in advance of the episodes actually airing, it may be a while before we see the effects take place onscreen.

Currently, there are no other details on when the John Black Character will come up missing or how they will explain it, but I’m sure these professional writers will come up with something that’s at least acceptable. Stay tuned.
