New Grey’s Anatomy season 13,episode 4 intense spoiler promo clip released. Last night, ABC served up the new promo/spoiler clip (below) for their upcoming “Grey’s Anatomy” episode 4 of season 13, and it looks very dramatic, super intense and quite interesting as Meredith and Nathan are spotted doing a lot of flirting with each other.

Intense arguments are seen going down over whether someone needs surgery or not. We also see a patient encountering some serious, life-threatening issues that need immediate attention as Meredith screams for help, and more! Check it out, below. The episode is labeled, “Falling Slowly.”

In the new episode 4 official synopsis: Alex will try to do the right thing, but still won’t be able to catch a break. Jackson and April are going to adjust to their “new normal” with the baby. While Meredith and Nathan establish what’s going on between them, Amelia will end up questioning the state of her relationship with Owen.

Episode 4 is due to arrive on Thursday night, October 13th at 7pm central time on ABC. Stay tuned.
