Recently, CW revealed the new, official synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming “Supergirl” episode 2 of season 2, and it sounds like things will get very intense, highly dramatic and really interesting as Kara starts a new job where things don’t go as planned.

New Supergirl season 2 Superman actor finally revealed. According to a new report from TV Line , we’ve finally got some intel on who’s going to play the iconic Clark Kent /Superman role on Supergirl’s upcoming season 2.

It turns out that they snatched up MTV’s Teen Wolf, Derek Hale actor, Tyler Hoechiln (left), to come on and do it.

As previously reported, Superman is currently scheduled to make a 2 episode arc appearance in the first two episodes of season 2. So, for now, Tyler will just be a guest star of the show until further notice.

Also, the new season 2 will get to keep the same time slot that it had on the CBS network which is Monday nights at 7pm central standard time. It’s now going to be airing on The CW after they saved it from cancellation due to those CBS bozos losing their minds.

Supergirl season 2 bringing on Lex Luthor’s younger sister & more,new spoilers. According to a new report from TV Line, the Supergirl season 2 peeps are in the midst of casting a couple of new roles and one of them includes the role of Lena Luthor who is Lex Luthor’s kid sister.

She’s described as being: “25-35 years old. She arrives in town to get out from under the shadow of her infamous brother. She’s sexy and smart and determined to get what she wants. However, what she wants, is not yet known.” Lena’s character will be a series regular.

Next, they’re casting for the Nick Farrow character. He’s described as: “A brash leading man who butts heads with Kara at CatCo. Nick is looking to make a name for himself in the news world but the question of whether he can leave behind his former selfish and hedonistic ways, will constantly arise. In hanging out with Kara, the hero in Nick might finally come out.” Nick Farrow will also be a series regular character.

It turns out that we’re not going to have to wait long, at all, to see Superman either as they plan to feature him in the very first 2 episodes of season 2!
