WWE Jerry Lawler suffered sudden heart attack on Raw Live last night. According to the Los Angeles Times, former wrestler and current WWE announcer unfortunately suffered a surprising heart attack last night on WWE Raw’s live broadcast,September 10th, towards the end of the show. It happened during the tag team match,featuring Kane and Daniel Bryan versus The Prime Time Players.

About midway through the match, Lawler was seen, slumping over in his chair as several people in the stands turn their attention to the announcers’ table. Medical people quickly rushed in to to start CPR. Then they rushed him to the hospital. Now, he’s currently in serious condition.

Lawler’s announcing partner ,Michael Cole, later told the viewers what happened. Then the show continued without any commentary to close it out. Lawler had also competed in a match about 45 minutes before his major incident.

The WWE released the following statement: Jerry “The King” Lawler suffered a heart attack while commentating during last night’s broadcast of Monday Night Raw in Montreal.
